1. Data controller
ilove.productions processes your data to provide the FindYourSurfBuddy service. Contact: contact@ilove.productions.
2. Data collected
Google account (name, email), the profile you fill in (photos, gender, date of birth, sport, level, bio, interests, spots), base location (used only to suggest nearby spots, never shown to others), real-time location only if you turn on "Around me" (kept for one hour at most, in server memory, never in a database), joined spots, sessions, listings, messages and reports, and payment data processed by Stripe (we store no card data).
3. Uses
Your data is used exclusively for the operation of the service: the spot feed, communities and sessions, displaying your profile to other users, listings, messaging, subscription management, moderation, and security. No selling of data, no targeted advertising.
4. Visibility
Visible to other users: your profile first/last name, your age, your photos, your sport, your level, your bio, your interests, and your spots. Your email is shared only with a host or a guest when you are connected (subscribers). Your exact location is never public: "Around me" expires after one hour and your base location remains private.
5. Retention periods
Profile, listings, and messages: until you delete your account. "Around me" location: 1 hour maximum. Billing data: the legal accounting period. When the account is deleted, your profile, your photos, your listings, your conversations, and your messages in spot chats are permanently deleted and your account is anonymized.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Most are exercised directly in the app (editing your profile, deleting your account) or by writing to contact@ilove.productions. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL in the event of a dispute.
7. Subprocessors
Stripe (payments), Google (authentication), infrastructure hosting and media storage by our cloud providers. Each accesses only the data strictly necessary for its function.
